The mission of the conference is to provide a platform outside of the workplace to guide, encourage, and inspire professionals to reach their desired level of success.

We will create a self-discovery opportunity for every participant empowering their personal strength but also emphasize that every woman is unique and that even similar talents can add value to distinct contributions.

The conference includes local speakers, keynote speakers, a powerful panel discussion and networking opportunities focused on leadership and strategic positioning of female professionals at all levels.

Conscious Leadership

is the ability to lead from within, allowing female leaders to break away from stereotypical leadership norms.

Conscious leadership is a transformative approach to leadership that emphasizes self-awareness, empathy, and a deep understanding of the interconnection between individuals.

SHE Leads conference is designed to support you to achieve your desired level of success by removing and overcoming your own barriers and limiting beliefs.

SHE Leads Conference

came to light in September 2022. Our promise to be great to you and great for you remains a foundation for the fourth edition in May 2024.

On Friday, the 31st of May, we are uniting in a half-day event starting from 13:00-17:00. The celebration continues during our happy hour for all participants from 17:00-19:00.

We continue on Saturday, the 1st of June, where we come together for a brunch from 10:30-12:30. A special twist to our Conference of 2024. This means that you definitely cannot miss this part!

This edition of SHE Leads is very much special since we are going to take it to a deeper level. We intend to lead every participant towards a practical action step to lead authentically in their unique strengths.

In addition, this year’s conference is an extra special one, as it will be the last SHE Leads conference in the known and presented setting.

Since 2022, we have directly impacted over 300 female participants. Past participants celebrate the fact that they have been able to work and increase their level of influence and impact immediately after their participation at the SHE Leads conference.

This Year, SHE Leads is working with a unique group of talented individuals who will be part of this year’s panel: our future leaders, our youth. SHE Leads conference is a place for inspiration, self-discovery and exponential growth. We all know that there is no growth and further development without our next generation. Therefore, this year SHE Leads wants to invest in our youth, our future leaders. As female leaders, we will get the chance to build up our future generation for greatness. Thus, be present at this years’ conference: Be part of the ripple effect on the spot, by not only benefitting from knowledge yourself, but also being able to share your knowledge with our future female leaders.

Silvetty de la Paz is the founder of Nostra Growth Coaching and Advisory. Silvetty is a leading Executive coach in Curaçao. She has a passion for inspiring young, senior and seasoned professionals who are looking to strengthen their leadership, confidence and professional skills.

Silvetty is a professional with over 18 years of work experience. Her journey started in the financial services sector where she held leadership positions since 2016. Currently, she provides sessions in the coaching and professional development sector.

Maudylin Pinedo

Maudylin Pinedo, better known as Maudy Pinedo is a marketing executive, influencer and radio personality. With her captivating ability to effortlessly connect with the audience she will be your moderator of the day.

Sueena Francisco

We’re honored to announce Sueena Francisco as a special speaker at the SHE Leads Conference 2024. Sueena is a lawyer. She is passionate about human rights and community service. Furthermore, Sueena is partner at OX & WOLF legal partners, specializing in corporate law and also contributes actively to Curaçao's governance and heritage preservation.

Dr. Mariel Buqué

We’re honored to welcome dr. Mariel Buqué all the way from New Jersey, as our keynote speaker.
Dr. Buqué is a psychologist and founded ‘Break the Cycle of Trauma for underserved communities’. Thus, she is a leading expert on intergenerational trauma in communities of color. Dr. Buqué consults with health organizations and Fortune 500 companies on trauma and community well-being.

With an abundance of both wisdom & knowledge, she’ll lovingly hold our hand with warmth, grace and passion, as we move through this section of the event!

Cicely van der Dijs

Cicely van der Dijs, owner of Vanddis N.V., is ready to touch on the collective interest and profound topic of navigating through discomfort towards Personal Development.

From understanding the nuances between Strength and Power to embracing the discomfort that accompanies growth, she will illuminate the transformative power of vulnerability and guide us through the journey of regrowth, where healing and self-love intertwine.
